              Voss Village Cadillace offers A1 service. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I had a question about my 2015 Cadillace and teh customer Service representative looked up my car by VIN number, printed off the information I needed, and then went over it with me! That was pretty impressive! In an age where most people tell you that you can "find it on line", this C.S. rep took the time to find out and then guide me through it! Excellent customer service!

              We understand everything can't be perfect. We had our car aligned and it was not correct. However we were pleased that when we contacted you about the problem you took care of it immediately. This time it is good.

              In the past, I would have recommended...

              In the past, I would have recommended Voss to friends and family members, but I can't say the same now. Within the last 7-8 months I have been to Voss 5 times regarding an issue I was having with the memory in my driver's seat. The customer service I received each visit was appalling. I feel like I was treated poorly, made fun of, and my issue was completely disregarded. It wasn't until I contacted General Motors directly that my issue was taken somewhat seriously. I have an agreement with Voss and I hold up my end of the arrangement. I can't say the same for Voss. I am highly discouraged and will not be a returning customer, nor will I recommend shopping at Voss to anyone I know.

              Had a new tire exchanged for a damaged one. A multi point inspection was performed as well. Also a car wash was offered. Nice job Voss!
