My husband and I visited the Voss Village Cadillac dealership/repair shop the day after Christmas due to my engine cooling fan would not shut off. We were scheduled to drive back to Texas in two days. Michelle, our service advisor, absolutely saved the day. When we told her we had to get back to Texas, she sprung in to action and started making things happen. After a few phone calls, we we're told they had the part and they could fix it today. THANK YOU GOD! I almost cried. It was fixed swiftly; the price was great, too! We owe this all to Michelle! She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt! My Cadillac Lyriq stopped working properly in the Dayton area. It wouldn’t take a charge and was stuck on 5%. OnStar towed it to Voss since they were the closest Cadillac dealer. I’ve had hit or miss service visits with this vehicle across several dealerships over the ~two years of ownership, but Voss is one of the good ones. I was worried my car would end up sitting there for weeks, but they got her fixed up in 3 days. While my couple phone calls weren’t answered and went to voicemail, Paul responded promptly each time. I appreciate good service when I see it. Thank you!
