Bernard was a real pleasure to work with. From first point of contact he took me serious, was quick to respond and followed through. I was driving 6 hours to get the Escalade, and it worked out great. Only at the dealership about an hour and I was on my way home. He detailed the vehicle himself since it was a Saturday pick up after buying it at closing Friday night. We’ll be back for my next purchase!

I have owned 40+ cars over the years and dealt with most dealerships in the Dayton area and this was by far the best experience ever. Bill was amazing and very professional without the pressure and games other dealerships play like holding the trade keys to pressure a sale. Being a high end dealership I had low expectations when first pulling in considering the budget I had to work with. Even though I was looking at a 13K car Bill treated me like I was spending 200K throughout the whole process to even cleaning and filling my tank and backing it up to the door, installing my plates, and walking me out to ensure I had no questions before leaving. Very impressed and will recommend to anyone looking thanks for the awesome experience!
