Bryan has been with Voss Cadillac since 1996. He says what he values most in his job is the relationships he shares with his staff, as well as many loyal customers. Bryan enjoys working out and attending high school football and basketball games. His favorite Cadillac model is the Vistiq.
I began my career with Voss Cadillac in October of 2001. Voss’s “Built on Trust, Driven by Integrity” motto is ingrained in how I do business. I started working for Voss Cadillac in May 2012. During that time I have seen an elevation in the Cadillac portfolio from different models, gas & electric. Since that time I have found my perfect Cadillac. It is the Cadillac LYRIQ EV.
Taking long road trips in our LYRIQ EV with my wife has been very enjoyable. During my off time I love to play and watch tennis. When it comes to pro football all I can say is what about them Cowboys.
Bill Vari became a member of the Voss Cadillac family in November of 2012. Bill loves to spend time with friends and family and is an avid fan of local sports. Bill likes to keep active by playing tennis with friends and co-workers. Bill’s favorite Cadillac is the CTS equipped with the 3.6 V6 engine.
Mara Jones is the Service Manager and Customer Experience Manager at Voss Village Cadillac. She has worked in the auto industry for quite some time but she has been with Voss Village Cadillac since 2006. She has received the Mark of Excellence award in the areas of product knowledge and customer satisfaction. She enjoys working with customers and assisting them with their needs. It is her goal to make their Voss Village experience the best that it can be. She enjoys spending time with her family, riding motorcycles and watching football.
Andrew Heller has been in the automotive industry for 10+ years as a Service Technician and Service Advisor specializing in all GM brands. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, weightlifting, and playing sand volleyball. My favorite Cadillac is the V-Series.R that runs in the Le Mans Daytona endurance races.
Paul has been with Voss Cadillac since October 2021 and came to us with over 10 years in the automotive industry. While not at work, he can probably be heard talking about New England sports or spending time learning a new skill or hobby. If he were to choose a favorite Cadillac, it would be a 2019 CTS-V with a manual transmission.
Andrew has been with Voss Village Cadillac since July of 2025. He is new to the automotive industry and is learning the operations of the industry. He spent three months working as a Car Spotter to learn how dealerships function, then transitioned to writing service. He enjoys working with customers to ensure their vehicles are properly maintained and running smoothly. In his free time, Andrew enjoys watching Ohio State and Detroit Lions football. His favorite Cadillac is the LYRIQ-V.
Mary Beth Thomas has been with the Voss Auto Network since 1992. She has spent the majority of her time here in the parts department. She was recognized for outstanding achievement on the Cadillac Craftman’s League Technical Examinations. Mary Beth also received Gold level recognition by GM for the Mark of Excellence Exam and was also awarded the GM Mark of Excellence Parts Manager in 2009. She is a graduate of Wright State University. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and spending time with friends. Mary Beth’s favorite Cadillac model is the CTS-V.
Happy to be back home in Centerville after decades of moving and traveling with the Air Force. In my free time I enjoy walking in town and supporting the local restaurants and shops. My favorite Cadillac is the Fleetwood Brougham.
Kevin has been working at Voss since 1994 but has served as Finance manager since 2012. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, son, and two Boston Terriers. Helping customers buy their car is one of Kevin’s favorite things about his position. His favorite Cadillac is the CTS-V Coupe.
