Had an oil change completed my 2023 Chevy Blazer. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I really like the inspection video of my vehicle on the rack. Only took 45 minutes and that included washing my blazer. Fantastic service!!!
The staff were welcoming. The technician kept us posted on the progress of the service being done. They Also informed us of a recall on the radiator and scheduled an appointment for that service to be done @ 9am Tuesday Sept. 29,2026. Excellent customer service .
Staff was very pleasant and our technician explained what they found very well. Luckily, our issue was covered under warranty, but I do feel that costs for suggested services appear to be extremely high.
Excellent service. Technicians keep me timely informed on the service work items. Providing transparency by video is far ahead of all other car services. Voss is thorough while providing a sense of honesty. Highly recommended.

I got stranded on route from Cincinnati back home to Detroit on a Sunday afternoon. Blindly had my 2011 Cadillac DTS towed to Voss, wrote up the envelope, put key in drop box, and went home. Andrew and rest of crew were kind enough to make all necessary repairs and keep the car until I could get back to claim it. Great experience. Would use them again.

Voss Village makes sure my car runs at its best, then washes it to make sure it looks its best! I appreciate the care they take to explain how to best maintain my car with a written report at the end. That way, I am never surprised about what may wear out next!

Working with Bill was fantastic. Everyone there seemed to be honest and do their job with integrity! I'm always leery of dealers and prefer to buy used cars private party - but once I was there, I had no reason to believe I was getting anything short of a great car with everything put in the table. The communication was prompt and on point. It was well worth the 4 hour drive!

I've owned a 2016 Cadillac (my first Cadillac) for almost two years. I'm very happy with the car and especially the recent help from several of your staff and they deserve a good report.
On June 15 I brought my car in for a 77000 check up. I asked to particularly check a problem in correcting the car veering to the left, particularly when driven at highway speed. Andrew took this very seriously which I appreciated. The car was driven on the highway to be sure it was fixed. Problem solved!

My Cadillac was running a little rough so I made an appointment to have it checked out. Voss inspected the vehicle and did not find any issues whatsoever so they flushed the transmission and it is running fine! Didn’t pay a nickel as it was under warranty

Although the actual service was quicker this time, we had to wait two weeks to get the car in, since we needed a loaner car. Upon picking up the car, the car was not washed and we had to ask to have the car washed. Prior to this service, the car was not washed as the car wash was closed.
We had a great expierence at Voss, our sales man was Bill who was super helpful and attentive during the buying process. Very welcoming and professional, no pressure to buy and very helpful.
