I got stranded on route from Cincinnati back home to Detroit on a Sunday afternoon. Blindly had my 2011 Cadillac DTS towed to Voss, wrote up the envelope, put key in drop box, and went home. Andrew and rest of crew were kind enough to make all necessary repairs and keep the car until I could get back to claim it. Great experience. Would use them again.

Voss Village makes sure my car runs at its best, then washes it to make sure it looks its best! I appreciate the care they take to explain how to best maintain my car with a written report at the end. That way, I am never surprised about what may wear out next!

I'm always leery of dealers and prefer to buy used cars private party - but once I was there, I had no reason to believe I was getting anything short of a great car with everything put in the table. I've owned a 2016 Cadillac (my first Cadillac) for almost two years. I'm very happy with the car and especially the recent help from several of your staff and they deserve a good report.
On June 15 I brought my car in for a 77000 check up. I asked to particularly check a problem in correcting the car veering to the left, particularly when driven at highway speed. Andrew took this very seriously which I appreciated. The car was driven on the highway to be sure it was fixed. Problem solved!

My Cadillac was running a little rough so I made an appointment to have it checked out. Voss inspected the vehicle and did not find any issues whatsoever so they flushed the transmission and it is running fine! Didn’t pay a nickel as it was under warranty

Although the actual service was quicker this time, we had to wait two weeks to get the car in, since we needed a loaner car. Upon picking up the car, the car was not washed and we had to ask to have the car washed. Prior to this service, the car was not washed as the car wash was closed.

We purchased a new Escalade from Voss in 2024. We recently had our vehicle serviced by Voss due to 2 recalls. We have been very pleased with the service at Voss. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They were quick and efficient as well. We live over an hour away but prefer to come back to this dealership due to the excellent service of our vehicle and their customer service.
